Enfield Carers Centre is seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Coordinator to Support the delivery of high-quality care services to carers and their families. Key Responisibilities: • Plan and coordinate Care Support Worker schedules (monthly, weekly, daily) • Ensure all shifts are covered and rotas are distributed on time • Participate in the on-call rota , out of hours phone to fulfil visits and deal with emergencies as necessary • Conduct needs assessments, risk assessments, and care plan reviews • Respond to client and staff enquiries via phone and email • Support recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff • Maintain accurate records and report incidents to senior management • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards • Build relationships with service users and represent their views • Contribute to service development and promotional activities Benefits of Working with Us: • Job satisfaction • 25 days annual leave (pro rata) plus 8 bank holidays • Sick pay • Company pension • Health Cash Plan • CarerSmart Discount Scheme • Paid training face-to-face and online • Free DBS Check • Staff wellbeing events
