The Tempest - Shakespeare’s Globe at Forty Hall - Family Storytelling

Gather the whole family for an interactive, fun, and insightful 60-minute storytelling adventure of The Tempest, performed at Forty Hall. After being banished by his brother, sorcerer Prospero and his daughter Miranda have been living on a faraway island alongside its inhabitants, the magical Ariel and resentful Caliban. When Prospero spots his brother’s ship on the horizon, he conjures up a great storm that washes the sailors to shore. With his enemies now on land, he begins to use his and Ariel’s magical powers to trick, scare and control everyone around him. This enchanting tale of revenge, love, magic, and forgiveness is brought to life by our highly skilled Globe Theatre practitioners who include actors, teachers and directors.
