Enfield Health & Wellbeing Service is a family run local, independent community organisation supporting older adults, people living with dementia, carers, and residents facing financial hardship in North London. We connect people to practical help, social activities, and specialist support so everyone can feel well, stay independent, and thrive.
Our Services & Activities:
Many activities are open to all abilities. If you have access needs or require a carer to attend, please let us know so we can provide the necessary support.
1) Memory Breakfast Club
A warm, friendly space for older adults, including those with dementia and their carers. Enjoy breakfast, participate in memory-friendly activities, and connect with others in a supportive and social setting.
2) The Sunshine Club
A friendly social group for individuals aged 50 and above. Enjoy hot drinks, gentle exercise, a tasty lunch, bingo, and great company.
3) Mature Movers
Gentle, low-impact exercise for all abilities, led by a friendly instructor to improve fitness, flexibility, and confidence.
4) Friday Lunch Club
For ages 50+. Enjoy breakfast, gentle exercise, a freshly cooked two-course lunch, and fun activities like bingo and card games in a warm, social setting.
5) Footcare Service
Professional nail cutting, basic treatments, and foot health advice for ages 18+, helping you stay mobile, independent, and well. (Appointment required).
6) Telephone Befriending
Weekly friendly calls offering companionship, support, and connection for those feeling lonely or isolated.
7) Enfield Together Lunch Club
A welcoming community space where people come together to enjoy a tasty meal, make new friends, and share good company in a warm, friendly atmosphere.
8) Enfield Community Food & Essentials Relief Hub
Offering weekly food parcels, household essentials, hygiene products, and support with energy and transport costs—helping residents facing financial hardship.
9) Feel Good Fitness
Fun, low-impact exercise for all ages to improve strength, balance, and flexibility in a friendly, supportive group. Followed by a light lunch.
10) Local Food Pantry
Nutritious, fresh, and store-cupboard food for individuals and families in need, offered with dignity in a welcoming space. Weekly grocery shopping, all items 50p each.
11) Enfield Community Fridge
Free surplus fresh food—reducing waste, tackling food insecurity, and bringing the community together.
