Remembrance Day

There are three Remembrance Sunday Parades taking place on Sunday 9th November across the borough. Residents have the opportunity to pay their respect at parades and wreath laying services in Edmonton, Southgate and Enfield.

Remembrance Sunday commemorates those British and Commonwealth armed forces members killed in all wars and conflicts worldwide. The community can come together to recognise the service and sacrifices of all those who have served or are serving from 1914 to the present day. This includes both living and deceased personnel, regardless of the length of their service.
