Actual Salary Range: £19,862 - £21,717 p.a. inc. (Scale 5) Hours: 32.5 hours per week (8.30-4pm), 39 weeks per annum Are you someone who looks to inspire a love of learning? We are seeking to appoint a proactive, motivated and organised Finance and Business Officer to join our thriving Office team. You will: Provide specific support in relation to schools finance Have strong communication and administrative skills Have strong IT skills, preferably with experience of educational software packages (Scholarpack MIS system, RM finance, ParentPay) Be approachable, professional and organised Be an effective team member willing to undertake a range of duties, take responsibility for your own workload and work closely with the School Business Manager. Be able to build effective relationships and motivate others to improve the school Take the initiative and work both independently and part of a team Have high standards and the capacity for further development Competent in the maintenance of database packages and experience of reporting from database packages. An understanding of the needs of children and young people especially those who are vulnerable. This post is full time, term time plus 5 inset days and permanent.
