Payroll Administrator (Part time) – average of 8 hours per week Our aim is to make working at JT AccountS a great experience. We play a vital role in helping our clients remain PAYE compliant and able to pay their staff on time and are improving the way we interact with our clients to increase the strategic value we create and improve engagement. We are an Enfield based Accounting, Taxation and Certainty practice who are looking to departmentalise and expand the payroll bureau. We are seeking an enthusiastic Payroller to maintain and grow the function. Having seen incredible growth in the payroll and the wider business this role will be hybrid, subject to agreement, with some days in the office required (specifically in the first two months). We are responsible for the processing of multiple payrolls on behalf of their clients. The Payroll Administrator will deliver efficient and effective payroll processes whilst applying excellent customer service. Immediate start for the right candidate. Hours: Initially - 36 hours per month (432 hours per year): flexible to deliver on deadlines Annual Holiday Allowance – 5.6 weeks (pro rata) Reporting to: Senior Bookkeeper, also the Business Owner Location: Hybrid, initially office based (for the first 6-8 weeks).
