SEND and Wellbeing Support Lead (Support role) Apply by: 9am, Wednesday 12 March 2025 Interviews: Tuesday 18 March 2025 Hours: 21 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum Salary Range: Scale 5 NJC scale (actual salary £15723 - {16914) Contract Term: Permanent Job Start: 1 September 2025 Grange Park Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic member of support staff to work as a SEND and Wellbeing Support Lead. The applicant should enjoy working as part of a dedicated team. We are looking for a reliable, thorough, conscientious and enthusiastic team player, who takes pride in their work and shows a commitment to provide a high standard of service. The SEND and Wellbeing Support Lead will support the SENCO in the strategic and operational leadership and management of the school's special educational needs (SEND) provision and pupil wellbeing initiatives. This role ensures that all pupils with additional needs receive the support they require to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The SEND and Wellbeing Support Lead will work closely with teachers, parents, external agencies, and professionals to remove barriers to learning, foster inclusive practices, and enhance pupil wellbeing through structured interventions, pastoral care, and targeted support. Grange Park Primary School is rated as 'good' by Ofsted. Our school is set in the heart of Winchmore Hill, has been recently refurbished and has extensive grounds, which include a large playing field, four playgrounds, an allotment area and a fire pit. Children are happy and enjoy school, parents support the school and their children, and staff are friendly and hardworking.
