Foundation Sports are an award-winning sports coaching company that deliver high-quality sessions into schools and surrounding communities to children of all ages and abilities from a mixture of backgrounds. Our innovative programmes are the grass roots of sport/education. We base all of our sessions on the structured principles of fun, inclusion and learning, via our very own published curriculum and is delivered through a number of different programs: In addition, we have created own healthy lifestyle scheme 'MoveIT! Project'. This program works with the aim of giving children the knowledge and information which will help them to make better informed choices with regards to leading a healthy lifestyle.
